Online says 4 beds, truth were more than 5 ppl in the same room. The last night were 6 ppl.
Difficult to find... no clear sign...unfriendly plce.

On some sites it's allowed to book a bed in dormitory together with a child, who will be accepted free of charge. We couldn't refuse such guests. That is the reason of the room being so overcrowded. We have already begun changing the hotel policy on these sites to prevent it. Our team is sorry for any inconvenience.

The "hotel" is a rented out floor of a semi decent building, which has a lot of other things going on. The location is close to the beach and has several taxis outside waiting for you. I applaud whoever took the pictures and portrayed them correctly.

Dear Guest, thanks for taking time and writing a review. Our apart hotel is located on the 9th floor of a new apartment building Orbi Sea Tower, on the first sea line. We didn't actually get the point of the part about pictures, and the whole point of this anonymous review anyway... Thanks for staing with us!

Not worth the money

Dear guest, if you had any problems in our hotel, you should have come up to the reception and tell about your problem. Our receptionist will help in any situation (make TV setting, check internet, etc). Clening is provided free of charge every second day. If you wanted additional cleaning, you should just have asked it!

Güzel deneyim.
Posted 4 Mar 2020 on HotelsOtel gayet güzel. Yeni batum tarafında orbi city binasında. Eski batuma 2 kilometre. Tek sorum günlük temizlenmiyor. Resepsiyonda Valery ve eşi İrina çok anlayışlı. İyi insanlar.

Hello!
Ser, our price on every online bookings web sites are actuall and we dont take more money that is on the voucher of guets booking.
You book one bed in hostel, its shared room and its has the most cheaper price, but you thought that it was private room. Private room is more expencive. When we have tried to explain you this you just said - cancel and went even didnt see room. Pleas, just double check your voucher and you will see that you booked shared (not private) room.
Hope next time you will stay with us and evaluate our service better.

The service we provide does not depend on which room you have reserved.

Posted 27 Sep 2018 on HotelsХороший хостел на первой линии городского пляжа г. Батуми. Номера гостиничного типа на 5 человек в видом на море в рок стилистике различных музыкальных групп. Просторно, оригинально и со вкусом. Номера комфортные со всеми удобствами. Аудиосистема, плазма, чайник, собственный санузел. Рекомендую к проживанию.
