The transportation was terrible. We have to wait on elevator line for transportation more than half an hour

You should be carful it's not hotel and you can't ask for two bed like in different hotel if you book for 2 person and this is make me surprised

The room was not what it was displayed at hotels.com it was a sea view but the room was not a sea view, when I complained they said that is what we have,
The bathroom drainage was not working well and when I was taking shower the water was upto my ankle. I complained again and they said they will fix it but never did,

Mold in the bathroom… crazy neighbors … it could be a bottle of water on arrival so I didn’t have to go grocery right after the trip… but the price is cheap.. I’ve made a mistake to book it.

We had a parking issue it was a big problem, I can not believe that much big property has no parking.
