It is only a short walk to the main area of Sanur but the property itself is in need of a great deal of improvement. "This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the people working there are even better. We arrived late at night, due to flight delays and were greeted with two friendly staff members who had everything ready for us. They helped to book cheap transportation, get change for us to pay for transport and the breakfast was great. The location is alright, it's quite the walk to the beach though so a quick transportation seems to be the way to go. Overall we loved the stay there."

"While the property is good, food was terrible. Also, we left our AirPods at the hotel but when we got back they were not to be found. Most likely one of the staff took it. Overall a very average stay and the dishonesty cost us even more dearly. "

"Location was great, near so many great restaurants, the beach, and not too far from airport. The staff was very lovely, kind, welcoming, and from our whole trip they have been the most attentive to all of our needs! The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and the daily house keeping was great, even changing our sheets daily! I would 10/10 stay here again. I recommend getting the breakfast included as it was delicious, and again the staff were super welcoming every day. "

"We recently stayed at Andaz Sanur for 4 nights as part of my birthday week celebrations. Absolutely loved this stunning resort, the staff who couldn't do enough for you and the dining options which were available onsite. They even organised a lovely birthday cake which was very unexpected 😁 What we didn't love was the harassment we received by the ladies on the boardwalk (outside the resort) anytime we wanted to go for a walk. Everytime they saw us they would beg us to have a look at their shop and they simply wouldn't take 'no' for an answer. In the end we were harassed to the point that we were forced to find another route to walk just to avoid them. Would definitely stay at Andaz again but in hindsight would steer clear of the boardwalk. "
