The property is new and beautiful. Rooms were super clean, comfortable and quiet. staff was very helpful and professional.

The only thing I think should be a little better is the parking. It’s confusing a little bit when you turn in you don’t know if it’s a one way or not. The parking lot also need to be bigger.

The hotel is closed for construction. I never received any notice that my reservation would not be available. I will be filing for a refund.

Dirty / corners never cleaned yuck - Wall around the bed and nightstand were filthy every corner was filled with dirt crumbs, back of the mirror hand held mirror was crowded with fingerprints and crud. Poop on the toilet seat, I can understand being under construction but without a sign to “excuse the mess . Very disappointing hotel for a place the whole local conventions and being next to Kellogg’s corporate offices. Yuck!
