When I checked in, I was sent to a room where the door leading to the adjoining room could not be locked.
The faucet to fill the tub was not fastened to the wall. It was difficult to pull the lever up to start the shower.
My room door did not close easily.
The towels were of poor quality and could have been whiter/cleaner.
When I went to get a cup of coffee in the morning, there was only Decaf. The regular coffee was empty and there was attendent at the breakfast site.

This property was deemed to be decent but when we got to our room we found our room door did not shut easy and realized the door was missing a hinge and the other hinge was falling off. We also had a chair that the legs were ready to fall off. The tv would not work. And the shower handle was wobbly. Went to service desk and was told there was nothing they could do with the door and just to slam it shut. Would not recommend

I would like management to contact me regarding my stay. I was given the wrong room and i couldn't get the tv to work nor the ac in the room. Not happy All with my stay

You definitely get what you pay for at this hotel. Our hotel room wasn’t outwardly dirty per se—however, it did have a bad smell, the sheets and towels were clearly used (stained yellow from use), and the carpet felt dirty. We didn’t end up using the pool area because it looked really dirty. That being said, I will say the breakfast was actually really good with lots of options and the staff were super friendly. I wouldn’t stay there again though!
