Dear Anonymous Valuable Guest Would love to share with you the following comments based on rational analysis of below three rated segments: 1- Once again its now proven that Theodos Lodge Hotel by Hansa has unique location scoring 85% which is absolutely stunning as we are located on top of a cliff offering unmatchable breathtaking views of the cliff with amazing stretch of El Herri sandy beach just only three minutes drive from the property offering the best beach experience along sandy beaching in Lebanon. Location is ideal offering the best kept secret away, a perfect hideaway, ideal serenity healing place with most romantic ambience keeping love and peace in the air. A true medicine to your soul 2- Due to COVID19 strict compliance of German standards set by our head office in Berlin the breakfast has been affected due to inability to provide it for all clients on FOC base due to the high cost of sterilizing factor for utensils, china ware, cutlery & glasses in addition to carefully selecting the breakfast menu as per healthy standards limiting the vast previous lavish breakfast we used to present prior to pandemic COVID19 3- As per our standards set by head office our team members are obliged to undergo health & safety training course with tests to pass in order to be able to work at our property so had to limit our staff to only those who have passed the training course yet others are still undergoing trying leaving us with number of staff Taking the above into consideration we are wiling to provide ONE night complimentary with an upgrade to higher room type that was already booked valid to 30-09-2021 Hansa Hotels Worldwide always willing to go this extra mile to look after its valuable clients winning them as repeaters and valuable loyal customers Kindest regards Elia Timani (+961-3-570333)

In fact the views of the cliff and stretched sandy beaches below is just mouthwatering Breakfast unfortunately has been seated due to COVID19 as we are following strict compliance of German Health & Safety standards where we are sterilizing all cutlery, glasses & plates in addition to limited food items Due to COVID 19 we have reduced our staff and limited them to had training for health & safety Looking forward to grant you complimentary upgrade on your next visit to Theodos Lodge Hotel by Hansa in addition to FREE dinner Kindest regards, Elia Timani CBDO - MENA region

We booked for 4 days, price including breakfast. When we arrived to the hotel they said the restaurant is closed so they can't serve breakfast. Every time we call the reception no body answers. No one came to clean the room, after two days of our stay the woman of the cleaning service showed up to clean, she only changed the towels. We slept on the same bed sheet for 4 days! As for the location, the view is great, the space of the room is fair. We expected a nicer place.

Dear Mr Dany, We do appreciate your valuable time in writing us comments regarding your stay at Theodos Lodge Hotel by Hansa in Hamat - North Lebanon where do take all our clients comments seriously 1- True that we follow standards of Go Green as per German policy of Hansa Hotels Worldwide where we are supposed to ask valuable guest whether we should change linen daily as well as towels etc. Unfortunately it seems that our House Keeping staff didn't communicate this environmental message properly and we do thank you as have initiated IMMEDIATELY on spot another training for our team to double check with clients verbally and in case any challenges faced them with communication skills they have to revert to reception or even to the management to take necessary action. We do sincerely apologize for this miscommunication 2- Due to the strict hygiene standards we follow and specially with epidemic COVID 19 our head office in Berlin issued clear instructions to stop serving food at our properties till we get the correct equipment to sterilize all items used for food & beverage such as spoons, forks, cups, glasses, plates etc. At the moment we are able to sterilize limited quantities that's why we are unable to serve food at our property just for the sake of maintaining our health & safety standards at the highest level as it remains at our top priority 3- We do value your appreciation to the views and location of Theodos Lodge by Hansa which has been rated as one of the best secluded serenity locations one of the most romantic hideaways alone the Mediterranean and definitely beyond Lebanon.
