The lady that answered the phone is very rude and she hung up in my face. The the man at the front desk told me there were no empty rooms when there were several empty rooms. It took 45-1hr just to get checked into my room after being placed on hold for 22 mins literally when I was trying to let guy know I was on my way to check in.

The staff was super nice and friendly. The facilities were old and dirty really needs to upgrade rooms. A bed was broke and the bathroom was dirty.

The property itself is ok but dont stay on the first floor. The tub doesn't frain and you will shower in standing water. The bathrooms a very outdated and need vast improvements. The room itself is fine. If staying at this property i recommend the 2nd or 3rd floors and your stay will be fine.

First glance room looked very nice, toilet leaking water in the floor bed smells like Marijuana besk clerk wasnt helpful at all about finding room he just says 3rd floor but theres several different areas on 3rd floor doesn't tell which sections to look so its like an Easter egg hunt to find your room definitely want come back

This was the WORST hotel experience ever! We checked in with Ray and upon entering our room we saw the bedspread had holes and stains, the bathroom door was completely off the hinges and wouldn’t close, the toilet wouldn’t flush and there was random hair everywhere. Certainly not clean. Asked for a different room and they were sold out. Drove 2.5 hrs home that night. Called the next day to get refunded through Expedia but Ray lied and wouldn’t issue a refund because he said we occupied the room for 2 hours. We were only on property for a total of 15 mins checking in, seeing the room, and asking for a new one. CCTV footage will prove this! I heard Victor is a supervisor and needs to see the footage!!! Horrible hotel, old and dirty. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Whole place was being done and didn’t appeal to the eye and with having a one year old the place didn’t feel welcoming or homey , phone in the room didn’t work , floors were dirty on arrival no wifi at the facility like advertised just was unhappy key card randomly stopped working
