Hallway was disgusting. Carpet looked like it hadn’t even been changed as it was stained and smells. The bathroom was what I would expect in a homeless shelter! Toilet seat was 4 shades of white. Tub had what appeared to be repairs of missing paint and covered with silicone globbs. TV volume had no control and was set to a loud volume. Bed sheets were stained!!! NEVER AGAIN staying in this brand hotel.

My husband and I were unable to stay. We went to the hotel, checked in and immediately left. Mold throughout the room. A hole in the roof, ceiling tile on the floor. Bathroom dirty with stains. Door lock did not work. Spoke to the Manager. He refused to change rooms or give refund. We left the hotel. Do not stay here. The Manager would not even give his name. He said he isn’t allowed too. I will be reaching out to their Corporate Headquarters. Public safety issue. Disgusting Hotel.

Property was in terrible shape and the remodel looked terrible toilet seat was falling off we got in the room spent 5 minutes in there and left due to the nasty feeling

The property is disgusting. Dirty and smells. We checked in, went up the elevator, saw an open room with trash and debris all in it, immediately went back down the elevator and returned our key and left. Property said they would refund me so we will see

The room wasn’t cleaned. We find purse and dog food on the floor. The smell in the property was disgusting. The breakfast was always empty no matter the time. No eggs, very few options.

Where to begin. Unfortunately, we were stuck here when all other hotels were full during a game day weekend. This place did not disappoint. We were met with a drabby, rundown and dated common area. The room was gross. They're were stains on all the lamp shades. One wall lamp was too loose and tilted over. The bathroom was gross. The tub has disgusting stains on it that made me feel like it wasn't cleaned between visits. It looked like blood. There were no garbage cans in the room. The TV worked, but it turned on to a ghost white screen that was unwatchable after 3 minutes. Leaving the hotel on the first day, we were met with a nasty puke smell in the hallway. To top it off, my wife had her necklace stolen by (we think) housekeeping. We watched security tapes the next day and she was the only one in our room while we were gone. We had no DND signs available to put on the door. We filed a police report, but we realize that won't do anything. Our recommendation. .. stay clear of this place. This was a big mistake.

OMG,this Property shouldn't be on you guys list!! And had nerve to call itself a Wyndham😠 The worst La Quinta Inn I've ever stayed in!!,,One of the guys and I was in town for LSU football game , luckily we only had 2 sleep there for 8 hours before leaving..If my lady would have been with me there is no way I would've let her sleep there..

We were traveling from Missouri to New Orleans. The night before we stayed in a Druery in Jackson for the same price as this laquinta in Baton Rouge. Jackson was fabulous. This laquinta was gross, DIRTY, the room smelled of mold, the shower was covered in mold, we got moved to a different room bc the ceiling leaked, the toilet stopped flushing in the room we were moved to. The AC barely worked. The pool didn't even have water in it. I got to listen to the room above us have sex ALL night. We got two small towels and one wash cloth. The blow dryer didn't work or the outlet, I'm not sure which. Had I not had my husband with me I would not of stayed there, it felt very unsafe and gave a crack den vibe. This should have been like a $35 a night hotel, in fact in small hole in the wall towns with $35 hotels I have stayed in, they were NICER than this $80 a night laquinta! Outer window glass was not even fully in window. I was seriously worried what I would catch using the shower. This place really just needs a match as in fire.

Pool dirty and not available. Dirty bathroom towel still hanging on the back of bathroom door in room. Melted ice still in ice bucket in the room. Unable to connect to wifi. Outside of bathtub had dried brown stream like someone may have have gotten sick. I can't believe i had to pay for the room.
