On night 1, we had to repack and change rooms bc the tv and phone didnt work. In night 2, we were unable to shower bc the staff never brought face towels. The next morning when i called the front desk, the staff told me i would have to wait until 10 for housekeeping. At 1015, i called back and was told i would have to come down to get them. I had to go down in my pajamas for small towels and the staff was very rude.

The property smelled funny and the carpet kind of smelled bad. You dont get a feeling that you got clean sheets and the mismatched pillows and the bed that gives you back ache..

This hotel was in rough condition and in an unsafe part of town.
