I will never stay here again. Upon arrival there was a slumped over crack head in the parking lot. Not to mention all the homeless people walking around. The rooms were not very clean. The floor was all cracked up and roaches were crawling around. We felt very unsafe with all of the activity in the area.

there was obvious prostitution going on at the building, I had a empty tissue roll upon arrival. Mold and black spots on the wall of the bathroom.

Having to switch rooms 4 times before receiving a decent room. Each room had a different problems; that’s unacceptable. I feel I should’ve been compensated for the inconvenience. Will not be returning because it was not worth the hassle. A note/message should be posted that you guys are undergoing renovations when booking this place. It was super unprofessional that the rooms weren’t checked before placing me in my room. Would not recommend no one to stay here.

This property was an absolute ghetto, slum! When we arrived, the property was basically abandoned. There were homeless people walking all around the property going in and out of the rooms, sleeping on the walkways, etc. Many of the room doors were open with people walking in and out at will. One guy came out of nowhere and a car pulled into the parking lot, handed him a bag out the window. He disappeared upstairs in a room. The condition of the property was disgusting and falling apart. In NO WAY did it resemble the pictures on Expeida's website. I did not feel safe staying there so i requested a refund, left and booked another hotel. I will never, ever use Expedia again.

TV and bed are massive, also very clean! Management was a bit sketchy but nice. The outside area is sooooo neat. My fiance and I swang, threw darts, and played like little kids lol

The staff Derriel and MyNicole were so helpful and very professional. They made sure we were taken cared of in every way. We will definitely tell our friends and family about the Boardwalk! The staff is super friendly hotel located right by I10 plenty of food places in walking distance gas station next door…bed was comfortable and all amenities for the room was there and work only negative I had was no breakfast but Waffle House across the street
