A bit underwhelmed by our stay. For starters, parking our car was a thoroughly unpleasant and stressful experience - £45 for one night and we had to drive it and pick it up ourselves from an off-site car park (albeit only 5 minutes walk). I do not understand how a "5 star" hotel does not provide valet parking, especially at this price. As for the spa, whilst it was lovely, it was not made clear until just before our arrival that it was only available to hotel guests at very limited times. Consequently the spa was very busy and we had to get up quite early to use it. Overall, not a bad experience but definitely did not feel like a '5 star' one.

Breakfast was great with a combination of buffet hot dish to order. Good facilities, great staff and nice small spa within the hotel. Will definitely come back if I visit Bath again.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were all really friendly and very helpful, providing just the right level of attention. The afternoon tea was nice, as was the spa area. There is a little wear and tear around the thermal bath, and some areas of the room weren't especially clean, but I would return.

The staff are excellent, very friendly and attentive. Thank you all for making our stay an excellent experience. The location and facilities are first class, we would have loved extended times to experience the spa. Thank you for a great stay!
