We had a very relaxing stay. Really enjoyed the spa and treatments. All the staff were lovely and attentive. Would definitely return and recommend it.

Really lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. The spa is very good. Surrounding area is gorgeous, as is the hotel garden. Only a 15min walk into the centre of Bath via Victoria Park / Royal Cresent.

We first stayed her 30 years ago so was interested in seeing if it held up. It did. Rooms are a bit hot but they provided fans. Dinner was outstanding. The best the 5 days we were in Bath. Breakfast was not quite up to par but the staff was excellent in all ways.

Posted 22 Aug 2024 on HotelsWonderful stay. Excellent service and was given an upgrade on our room which was lovely. Food was delicious especially the turmeric bread, we had never had it before and it was very tasty. Relaxing spa treatment too. All in all a very special stay.
