City centre location was amazing. Our apartment 10 had amazing view of the city as it towers over most buildings. Everything you need is there. Really easy check in and out . Commutation was great from lovey staff. We had a phone call the day before and after we check in.

Penthouse apartment was delightfully unique and spacious for our family of four. Yes there are a trillion steps to get up to the apartment, oh well, worth it in my opinion.

Great location to Roman Baths
Posted 18 Apr 2024 on HotelsClean apartment, includes a kitchen, friendly staff were helpful with check in and check out, restaurants within walking distance. Office will hold your luggage for you if you arrive earlier than the room is ready.

This property is not as described there is no access to a rooftop jacuzzi as advertised. There was little communication as to how to enter buildings and on duty management seems bothered by are arrival.

However, we haven't received any yet. Please be kindly reminded that during your call with our colleague, when we said that the terrace is for the exclusive use of the Penthouse, you were very understanding, and answered: "I thought so". Still looking forward to receiving the screenshots.Since we have CCTV footage, it was clear that one of our colleagues assisted you with the check-in process, despite the fact we do not have a physical reception. Therefore we cannot understand the comment ''little communication'' as the only thing you did upon your check-in was to enter your passport details.It would be highly appreciated if you could write the facts accurately, so our future guests are not misled by false accusations. Beautiful flat in a fantastic spot. Couldn’t have been happier with our time here! Well appointed, easy contactless check-in, next to the best streets to walk and dine on.

We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend it. We stayed in the top floor unit and the rooftop with the hot tub had a fantastic view. The unit was very clean, nicely updated, and a comfortable size for a family of five. The staff was very accommodating. The only negatives were that it had a lot of stairs(especially carrying luggage) and the public parking lot was almost a half mile walk from there - but we knew this in advance and booked it anyway.

Great property, unit was incredibly well equipped and very comfortable and cozy. Amazing location. We were on the ground level which wasn’t indicated when we were booking and so one drawback was that we weren’t that comfortable having our blinds open as there was lots of foot traffic. Would be great to have some top down blinds in that unit so you can have the natural light but still have your privacy. Parking/ unloading was a nightmare - def much better place to stay if you don’t have a car / lots of luggage.
