Great location would highly recommend it, the staff are great and very helpful.
We had a small issue with a vent duct near our room which was making noises. The staff immediately moved us to another room in a matter of minutes.
Also very clean rooms, perfect place to stay while in bath. I will definitely be coming back for another stay.

Great central location. Lovely staff and tasty breakfast.
The only negatives were the windows looking over the river in the delux room were filthy, and somehow another guest was able to use their key card to get in our room whilst we were in it.

Met up for a small university reunion. Very nice hotel and very good food. The staff were always understanding, helpful, and went above and beyond. Simply the best experience. Exceptional customer service. Many Thanks.
