The property was outstanding from the room & bed to the Wi-Fi and freshly cooked breakfast. Fresh slices of cake were placed in the room daily, which was a lovely personal touch. The room also had smart TV with Netflix available. The owner was amazing with his knowledge and tips for the tourist attractions, eating out and local sites to see. We had laundry washed, folded and put back in room for a small fee. Would highly recommend this property, I doubt you could find better.

Great location in a quiet residential area and only 10 minutes walk to Bath town centre. Hosts were very helpful. Breakfast was very good.

This property was a great highlight of our trip, by far the best (and certainly not the most expensive) of all the accommodations we experiences on our 2-week trip around the UK.

Very nice hotel close to the city centre.
Posted 26 Feb 2024 on HotelsOur host Toni was wamr and friendly. The hotel is very well located. You can park there and it's a short and easy walk into the town centre. The hotel is very nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. There was even some carrot cake in our room to welcome us! Excellent breakfast, too. We will definitely be coming back.

The way you are made so welcome and nothing is to much trouble for Tony and his wife in making your stay perfect . There is not a thing that could be improved in our opinion .
