Room didn’t have shampoo or body wash and when I called the front desk they told me that I need it to come to the front desk to pick it up instead of them bringing it to me

It was the perfect spot for the event we were going to. It was close to I55 and easy to find. The bed and pillows were on the soft side, but still got a good night sleep. I didn’t eat the breakfast but I stopped by and it looked good. I was satisfied with my stay.

Just ok
Posted 15 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was subpar. The eggs were cold and soggy, bacon was undercooked, sausage was cold, the gravy was runny. It was free, so you can’t really complain. I have stayed at other Fairfield properties where the breakfast was much better.
The room itself was mostly clean. There was a random sock from a prior guest in the corner, the thermostat was broken, but the room was a good temperature.
Overall, the stay was ok because the staff was friendly, but I will try a different property the next time I visit.
