The room looks good except carpet needs shampooing & cleaning. Sofa back was dusty and not clean. Had to clean own room. Bed headboard was dusty. Lamp shades was dusty. Mold on celings in Bathroom had soap scum on shower walls. Pool was not clean. Pool was dirty. Could not go swimming. Guest above me was very loud with kids running back and forth up above my room. Could not get any sleep or relaxation. Microwave & Refrigerator was not clean, both were very dirty..Had to clean ourselves. Did not enjoy my stay. Desk clerk stated she was going to let the guest above my room(208), know to calm down the noise with kids running like crazy.. Nothing happen. We left.I ask for Corporate number, clerk gave me the wrong number. I had to call back today on December 26, 2024 for the correct number to call. I was told that I need to call Expedia. I am waiting to hear back.

Staff assistance was excellent. Tub in bathroom appears clean but needs updating .

The Front Desk staff was super helpful and the property was very clean and safe. I highly recommend.

Breakfast was terrible plus the selection of items was VERY limited. I’ve machine did not work on my floor.
