Expensive for what it is, sauna under maintenance, pool water quality cloudy at times. Food amazing, specially the coconut foam at breakfast, comfy bed, good night sleep, but on those costs, at least that.

Lobby staff very helpful and efficient. Breakfast servers good but service is a bit slow. Valet service needs improvement. Very busy on weekends and few valet drivers. O e driver retrieved 2 wrong cars before finally getting my Car. Overall a pleasant renovated hotel with clean rooms.

I will stay there again for sure

Good location: safe and close to shops and stores. Very elegant design from lobby to the rooms. Professional and friendly staffs (all speak English very well too).

Nasty people ; re-train them all in customer service , except the nice cleaning lady , all the rest suck

Cara bonita, falta inteligência!

NÃO VALE O VALOR COBRADO. Sabe quando a roupa é linda, mas falta inteligência? É exatamente o Qoya. O hotel é lindo. A cama e jogo de cama luxo e mega confortável. Mas o serviço.... Não havia ninguém para ajudar com malas no check-in. Somente 1 pessoa na recepção. Aguardamos mais de 10 min para sermos atendidas, sem nenhuma atenção por parte da equipe (água/café, banheiros, etc). Nossa reserva estava dividida em 2, a 1 reserva por 4 noites. A 2a reserva por 1 noite. Apesar de informarmos isso no check in, e na manha do 5o dia, fomos abordada ao menos 4 vezes, solicitando que o check-out deveria ser feito ao meio dia (mas eu tinha mais 1 noite reservada e já havia conversado inúmeras vezes sobre isso na recepção). Pontos fortes: o bartender Leo (amammos o papo e suas recomendacoes em CWB. Master cockteleiro). Jantar no Kore, comida excelente. Hotel é lindo, mas falta alma e carisma. Se voce está buscando serviço e hospitalidade, não fique aqui!!
