I had to check in from another hotel. Never met anyone from this hotel and then copied my credit card. I also am on the first floor and only one lock on door. I dont think I will be able to sleep tonight. I don't feel safe. Parking is in the same driveway as Best Western. How deceiving

The room was clearly an ex-Best Western property. Weak lighting, bathroom needs some work done. Vebt fan switch not working.

Very dirty, stains and hair on sheets went to complain door was locked to lobby. Had to go and buy sheets and pillows towels to even be able to sleep. Shower was broken, dead bugs and cobwebs in bathroom. Floor was filthy and black. Towels were worn out and dirty/stained. Toilet was broken. Zero people around to help. Checked out asap and of course door was locked. Buzzed over till someone came out. Man was in pajamas and no shoes. Took the card out of my hand and shut and locked door on my face literally. I’d give it zeros if possible. This is what I’d expect from a $70-$80 motel but at $160 a night I’m extremely angry, especially bc I paid for 2 nights and had to leave.
