"There was a severe lack of services to fix problems identified in the apartment. The wifi was not working in either of the rooms and all we were told is it couldn't be fixed. We also had to pay extra money for towels that we wanted to use at the pool. Those towels were taken from us during the 1 in 3 day room cleaning services. I ask for them back but no attempt was made to provide them. "

"I was made to wait over 8 hours to check in only to be told my booking had been cancelled for an unknown reason. I booked again on 2 other sites & had confirmation but still I was unable to check in. This place is a shambles & I would not stay there even if I was paid to. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! "

"This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay."

"You are not booking with the hotel in the building - instead this is an apartment owned by a third party who is renting this out to you for a short term visit. The hotel will not assist you nor provide you same services. Check in is across the road in an office where you need to climb steps with your luggage and there is no safe or secure place to leave it, not an elevator. The cleanliness of the room leaves a lot to be desired and there is mold and filth throughout the shower and pain peeling...

"The room was very nice ,however from time to time it has some smell. I cleaned the room myself every 2nd day. I had to open the window inorder not to have that smell. It seem the smell is from the bathroom. Its away from all major places ."

"The location is close to a few malls and the tram station. The property is new and a nice view. However the service of the management is horrible. We arrived to the property and had to ask security to call the manament people. Then we had to wait a long time a considerable amount of time for someone to just hand over the keys and that was it. "This was a true 5 star stay. Modern room layout had the bath in the middle with beds, sink, coffee nook and changing area on four sides. broad view of the city center from high up the building. Restaurant and room service food was top notch. And overall service was great. I needed an early morning ride to the airport and the concierge was very helpful finding me a ride. One thing to note: the lobby is at the top floor so one has to take an express elevator to the top then take another elevator down to the rooms. "

"Friendly staff, clean hotel. We were unable to go into the bar at the top floor because we hadn’t booked the most expensive room - we could access it if we paid £80/MR500, which we chose not to. It’s a shame this isn’t made clearer on booking. However, clean room, reasonably central. Pleasant stay. "
