Damn terrible hotel. Stay here if you want to sleep with bedbugs, wipe yourself with a towel with yellow stains and get woken up by loud music, banging sounds in other room and people shouting outside the window.

The room 314, shower gel and shampoo not provided when we check in. Total blow dirty, and the heater when bathing from hot water change to cool when bathing half way. The room dont have fridge.

Need to improve alot.
Posted 25 Oct 2022 on HotelsNo fridge as promised. Aircon feeling warm n need repair. Told the front desk not to do room service but it’s done when we returned to hotel. Breakfast too little choices.

First of all, I am deeply impressed by how pleasant my smoking room was. There was not a hint of the usual stale cigarette smell, and even more commendable with how quickly my own cigarette smell dissipated (in sufficient time). The bed, showers, bedside table, work desk, were free of any burn marks, appearing as new as they could be.
Walking distance to Rasa Station, my recommended, roadside seafood stall, and the awesome satay stall that was priced very reasonably. BCS Mall is a stone throw away, especially convenient if there are signs of rain.
Their rooftop bar, Skylight, was a joy to sit at and listen to, with very enthusiastic live bands. Highly recommended for travellers who want to shop in a more 'heartland' kind of mall, and eat local food that isn't priced for tourists.
Great service at the front desk, polite and professional. Ride-hail works fine on location, just have to be understanding about the drop-off points that the drivers sometimes can't stop at.
