Price and location is amazing! Breakfast was amazing. They even upgraded us to a suite. The room was huge but it looks aged. Will come back again!

A clean hotel and friendly. Great breakfast. Kids friendly. Walkable to mall and food. BCS and grand mall. Lots of spa around.

The in hotel spa was not good. At 10pm they rejected body massage when last booking is 11pm and they close at 1230. So we booked ourselves 60mins foot massage. They brought us to a room to lay down as they claimed there were no more seats available. Massaging foot lieing down was uncomfortable and not good. The masseuses were not skilful and they even asked for tips. Other than that the hotel environment, staff and buffet breakfast were great!!!

The lobby is classy and clean, with an adequate seating area and a nice sofa. The air conditioning in the waiting area is cool and cold.
Room and toilet are clean.
