Staff from reception, concierge, cafe and housekeeping are very polite. Ferry terminal just beside the hotel. Very convenient.

there was a bazar nearby the hotel and it was so loud until 9pm-ish. the hotel itself was located in the very conveniently and quite clean - even though my shower holder was already broken when I checked in, and the staff are very friendly and their service was amazing. there is a construction going on nearby to build a new shopping mall/restaurants area which will add more value to revisit the hotel.
