The location was fantastic, making it convenient to explore the city. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The facilities were great and offer everything that I need for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the property was excellent and ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment throughout my stay.

Great location. Market is just nearby n grand Batam mall is less than 10 mins walk. Friendly n helpful staff.

There is a problem with the Shower in toilets. It take long to get warm water
