Had an awesome stay. The staff was excellent. I couldn’t catch the ferry at the time I wanted to (6am) so I had to make multiple trips to the ferry terminal and office to sort my tickets out. The staff offered to take me (free of charge) and each time they waited for me. They told me I didn’t have to check out so early so they gave me access to the room again. When it was time to check out at noon, they told me I could stay in the lobby since the ferry didn’t depart until 5pm. I was so appreciative of their kindness. I will definitely stay there again

Greetings. How can this guest give us a review and they didn't stay with us? They arrived to check in about 10:00am and they room wasn't Ready ( please also note that check-in time is 1:00pm and we was completely full the night before so no room was available at 10:00am). The guest left and said they will return and never did.

Perfect for what I needed

The location was very walkable, and the local flavor of the people was very energetic. The owners were friendly and helpful to my needs. They went out of their way to prepare a meal for me after their scheduled lunch time. The room was very accommodating and clean. The only problem was access to the location—the stairs were not fun with heavy luggage.
