"Great hotel with tradition and excellent location, with perfect service"

"The initial room was super small and a bit smelly. Surely something you won't expect at a 4/5 stars hotel. They moved me to a better one after I complained and the lady responsible rudely told me that those were the rooms they give to people paying "lower rates" through systems such as hotels.com and that she would have moved me if I had booked through them directly but as they had to pay commissions to the website that was the room they offered. "The staff was welcoming—courteous but warm. I was satisfied with my room, as all I wanted (between going to the beach or going out to eat and drink) was AC, cleanliness, privacy and (of course) continuous WiFi. The breakfast buffet was expansive (and served until 11a)—there were small pastries/bread and espresso (of course), yogurt and cereals, fresh fruit and fresh juices, charcuterie and soft boiled eggs; during the weekend there were scrambled eggs and bacon. "Excellent location. Good price and looks like new. Parking is secure but it is about 1km away. Hetel provided transport from and to parking garage.2 blocks to beach. I will use this hotel again for sure. Stuff very friendly."
