"Excellent experience at check in.Staff very helpful and gave us access to room at 10am.Beautiful room with sea view.Food in club lounge and breakfast was superb.Only minor criticism is that club lounge staff were not proactive.Despite the 2 of us being the only ones in the lounge we had to seek her out for service.Pool and spa area very impressive.Only annoying point was the nimber of seagulls using the pool"

I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, a coffee/tea station, and a well-stocked minibar. One of the highlights of my stay was the complementary breakfast. "Nice Hotel and friendly staff. Close to transport links, I used the train to go most places in and around Izmir. Typical Turkish breakfast which I was OK with. The area around the hotel is residential with a significant number of hospitals. I was content walking around there day and night."

Two minutes from the airline checkin. Very convenient for odd hour flights. Impressive breakfast buffet. Friendly staff at every corner. "

"The location is great, at the heart of Izmir. The staff super friendly and helpful, they were there when I arrived at 2 am, took my luggage to the room and didn't bother even though my card didn't process the payment. I paid next morning. Free coffee and tea is available in the lounge all day, a small cosy restaurant with a table just at the door of the second entrance. Will definitely stay there again. "
