When checking in we faced an issue with the receptionist for an error in the number of occupants which was of no fault from us. After a while the manager cane and sorted everything out and apologized for the mistake. The receptionist was rude and was not happy even after the manager sorted the issue. She made the process very hard for us to checkin and said that if we don’t like it we can leave. She was rude and unhelpful.

At a 5 star hotel it’s not acceptable you cannot access the pool or the gym early in the morning. Guests like to use the pool in the cool mornings and gym when it’s quiet.
