Nice place but Im pretty sure the last person to stay in room 111 vomited quite violently as yhere were dried splatters up the wall. Aside from this, everything was good.

Myself and the head housekeeper went to check and can't seem to see evidence of an incident in the bedroom on the wall. I am so sorry that you had to deal with something that made you think that it was something that unpleasant but really happy that you scored us in a completely different way. Hi Kieran,If there is anyway you can let us know directly the issue you faced so that we can investigate please? I can see that you stayed in one of our newly refurbished bedrooms so if there was a problem we would really like to resolve it. Leaving a 2/10 with no comments or feedback is really not helpful to us and its also not helpful that we can't make this right for you.I look forward to hearing from you directly at the hotel.
