We were delighted at how friendly the staff were. The ladies at the front desk became friends by the time we left. They were also very helpful with recommendations and helpful tips. The hotel was clean, the breakfast delicious and the rooms well appointed. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was at a really high quality (in terms of facilities and cleanliness). Customer service provided was outstanding. The hotel is located at a good location... a few minutes away from the city center with the tram.

The hotel it's great the stuff and service good.
The room very clean well maintained.
But the charger for my electric car doesn't work and this delayed me.

Staff friendly. Comfortable rooms. Tram stop close by for travel. Walking distance to convention centre
