Great location, very comfy room, lovely shower, bed, space, kitchenette. Considering how expensive out and about in Basel is, the studio was a heaven of luxury to rest and enjoy. A deciding factor in choosing the hotel was the inclusive Basel card. Worth it. The staff are friendly and the lobby is inviting to seat and read for a bit. As a solo traveller everything felt welcoming

The staff were lovely and our rooms were nice and comfortable. Location was convenient for salami g and transportation. Trams were compliments of the hotel, when we arrived they gave us a pass good for free transport. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was well located, easy to walk to the main attractions, but also easy to access with a car. The free parking was appreciated. They lent us an adapter, which is a good little bonus. The room was clean, the kitchen useful with even a dish washer. The mattress was too hard for our liking.

Easy to reach public transportation. The Basel card was included with the room making all public transportation free. Not much for restaurants around the hotel. Bed was very firm. No A/C in the room and the window only opened a small amount. Not good in the summer. Was OK while we stayed but the weather was cool.

Kitchen is excellent - so nice to have a kettle for tea and a big refrigerator that actually works well!! Much appreciated. Could you please consider having one more chair in the room and take away the rickety little café-chair? There is a good desk and good table, but nowhere to sit and work for longer than a few minutes and nowhere to sit and relax for a while. You used to have soft chairs and and a chair for working on my laptop. Please bring those back.

The hotel is clean comfortable, and nice. It’s in a good location and close to a tram stop. The only thing that isn’t excellent is that the WiFi is painful slow less than 3 mbps in the room.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was very good. Everyone was very helpful and nice. The hotel's location is very close to everything needed such as bars, restaurants and grocery.

I absolutely loved this property. It is in a great location and close to food, buses, and the river. The room itself was clean and it was so convenient to have a small kitchen to prepare food. I would highly recommend!

Worth the higher price

One of the best accommodation we had during our EU trip. It's has higher price compared to other hotel but it is practically an apartment with fully functional kitchen which can be great to cut cost on dining. The location is also great.

Excellent hotel, within walking distance to center and the Rhine. Tram stop 2 mins walk from hotel if you don't want to stretch your legs. Rooms good with a kitchen and appliances. I only used kettle and fridge. Staff very nice. Would recommend.

Nice apartahotel

The location was great and the apartahotel was very comfortable. It is a 3.8 to 4 starts. They mentioned they do cleaning of each apartment once a week. It would be nice to have the option to have more recent cleanings upon request and at an extra cost.
