Property and rooms/employees all excellent.
Surrounding area under construction and a carnival active across the street.
These problems hopefully will clear up soon.

Everything was great. The staff was friendly and informative.The rooms were clean. Only thing wrong was the construction that was taking place next to the hotel. The hotel was centrally located to what I wanted see and explore. Will stay again.

While the hotel was clean and conveniently located, I found the staff to be rude and service not upto the Marriott standard.

Lovely hotel,not accommodating when flight delays.
Posted 29 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe hotel was very nice and most of the staff were quite wonderful. I greatly enjoyed the gym, up to date equipment.
However due to problems with my flights I didn't arrive until the next day and you charged me anyway as I was a few hours after the deadline but I was traveling. I thought that wasn't very understanding or accommodating. And it was particularly irritating that Stefan tried to blame it on hotels.com even though they called to advocate for me.

Stayed here for a conference, which was perfect. Very comfortable and spacious room with lots of storage. Connected to the conference centre. Very short walk to the river/restaurants/shopping/old town.
