"We did not stay at the advertised place. When we arrived, it was clear they weren't expecting us. There was nothing when we arrived and it was clear it was a surprise. After a couple of phonecalls a room was opened up for us which was freezing cold and the boiler had to be turned on for us. There was no breakfast or facilities as suggested in the advertised place. Very disappointing."

"Owners and staff were attentive, friendly, helpful, and fun to be around. The facility was outstanding and the atmosphere was calm and very relaxing. Their beautiful salt water infinity pool was wonderful. The local produce, cheeses and beverages were excellent. "

"Bokade tre nätter. Slutade med att vi checkade ut efter två. Rummet vi fick hade ingen luftkonditionering trotts att det stod i beskrivningen och var ett krav från vår sida vid bokningen. Vi valde att byta rum till en lägenhet då ägarna sa att det har dessa boenden som hade ac. Självklart fungerade inte ac i rummet så vi bytte till så man påkallade reparatör. No Uber or Taxi service. we contacted the Hotel and they immediately located a driver who whisked up to this lovely property which is 5 minutes to the Square and less than 10 to the Duomo.
