I was suppose to get a no smoking room and didn't. The room was filthy. The sheets were dirty, cigarette burns all in the top sheet. The bedspread was old as dirt, bleach stains, holes, smelled of sweat. I asked for a new sheets and only got a new top sheet and they said they had no more bedspreads. The peep hole had some kind of screw through it and what ever they covered it with made it look like a turd was stuck to the door. There was no toilet paper and when I went and asked for some they acted like I was trying to steal it. I had a main breaker box with no cover on it in my room. The carpet was filthy and stained all up. There is no wifi like it said on expedia. The pictures they use are of a room they redone, but the rest of the rooms are not like that. The fron deak is not open 24/7 line it stated on Expedia. The desk closes down at 8:30/9:30. I never seen an ice machine. I had a connecting room and either the owners or family lived in the other room and they were not quite, the man smoked and the smoke would come in my room. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

We’d like to clear up a few things.When you checked in, we asked if you'd like to check the room first to make sure it met your expectations, but you told us you were fine with it. If there was something wrong with the room, we wish you would’ve let us know during your three-night stay. We would have been happy to switch you to another room, but you didn’t mention anything until after you left. It’s also a bit strange that you’re only complaining about one room when you rented two and didn’t mention any issues with the other one your guests stayed in.We understand you requested downstairs rooms due to mobility issues, and we were happy to accommodate that request. When you requested two extra pillows and new sheets, we gladly provided them right away to make sure you were comfortable.Regarding the toilet paper, our new housekeeper missed stocking it in your room, and we apologize for that oversight. When you asked for it, we got it to you right away. We never assumed you were trying to steal anything, and we’re sorry if that’s how it came across. It was just a misunderstanding on our part.We also want to clarify that you booked through a third-party site. If you had any questions or wanted more details, you could have called us directly. Unfortunately, since you booked through a third party, we’re not responsible for any issues related to that booking. Your reservation was already heavily discounted, and on top of that, we waived the key deposit for both rooms as a courtesy.Regarding our 24/7 service, we’re always available for check-ins and urgent issues around the clock. However, for non-urgent issues like plumbing or TV concerns, we don’t always have maintenance staff on-site after hours. If something like that comes up, we can offer a room change, but we can’t always make repairs when it’s outside regular hours. This is how most motels operate, as we’re not a full-service hotel with staff available 24/7 for every request.We do offer free Wi-Fi, but it’s password-protected, and we didn’t hear from you about needing the password. We also don’t guarantee high-speed internet since it’s a complimentary service and included in the overall price, not an added extra.Lastly, we’re not a 5-star hotel. We aim to provide clean, comfortable rooms at a fair price, and we believe we delivered on that. We’re sorry if our services didn’t meet your expectations, but we hope this clears up any confusion.We are sorry we didn't exceed your expectations.

The property is older but is clean. THe only issue I have was lack of plug-in in the room to charge phone.

The room was in ill repair. There were bugs in the bed. I actually turned in the key after being in the room about 15 minutes and went to stay at a different hotel. It was awful.

Not for a family. I stayed a quick, cheap one night stay. The shower water was excellent .
