The room was very dirty I have pictures and videos to show his there was mold growing there was roaches in the restroom and eveb rhe walls had swelling from water damage very unsatisfied with room. I would like to be refunded or compensated for the inconvenience of how filthy the room was.

I booked the room for my niece on 9/3/24 and she checked out today. She was I room 201. She said on 9/4 one of the workers just walked into the room with out knocking and the lock was broken. They said there were no more available rooms but did not put another lock on 9/5 she left the room for a short time and her wallet was missing.
She had been there several times without issue and first time with no lock and her wallet with everything she needs is now gone. I put fraud alert through social services and welfare system . Because I know the workers there will deny they entered her room.
