Pool,hot tub and sauna weren’t working.

The hotel is nice with a great location.
The reason I gave it 3 stars,is because the uncontrolled kids making so much noise in the hallways late in the night

Not worth the price, broken hot tub, noisy hallways, staff didn’t offer much information, tv was brutal, fan in bathroom broken, no complimentary breakfast. 2 nights at 650$ I’d expect a little more very disappointed.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it was lovely. They would wave the security deposit as we were repeat guess with no previous history of damage. The night check in clerk was less then hospitable. He stated that there would be a security hold for 2 days on my card, which was fine but was then told by the morning clerk that it could be 5 days! We also requested a ground floor room and he put us up on second floor
The room was next to another guest who was smoking weed most of the night. Which was not pleasant as we dont indulge in that past time. The room had a big stain on the carpet and the bath tub had some sort of damage done to the finish that made it look and feel dirty. Shower head was not working properly and neither was the drain stopper. Over all the room/hotel needed up dating and repair, not something you would expect for the price we paid for one night during the week! In previous years its has been a busy hotel, especially this week being black friday week. Not this time and one has to wonder why! We do not have to wonder we now know why.
Unfortunately we will be looking for a new hotel to stay at for our next trip to the area!
The only good thing was the morning desk clerk was very nice sorry I did not get her name.

Everything was great. The only thing was, the hair blower in the room only blew cold air. Not a big deal, but it took longer to dry my hair.
