No hot water in the shower and air con worked intermittently. Never ever will book again in that hotel.

The staff are very nice.
Three times, online and in person, I requested two beds, but they gave us a room with one bed.
Only one restaurant, and it’s not cheap.
Very few of the staff speak English.
Nobody has change for bills as small as 50mil.
The coffee bar is very nice.
There’s a vitamin IV injection room in the hotel.

We stayed one night since we had to fly out of Barranquilla from Cartagena. The room was pretty basic and the AC was just perfect compared to any other hotel we previously had in Cartagena. Hot water pressure was also perfect. Bed was also comfortable and the full breakfast was a plus!

the AC and Tv never work and the customer service was terrible they never fix my issue.

Hotel is ok for proce but, dont like that when you enter on the room the AC takes about 4 minutes to start,carpets on the halls were ditry,NO POOL ,only 2 old yacussies!
Beside that yes the service and staff is really good and they do the best for you!!
Beds were good,breakfast ok!
