This hotel is undoubtedly the best in Barranquilla when it comes to location. It’s situated in an incredibly safe area, and everything you need is just a stone’s throw away. The staff is phenomenal, providing top-notch service from start to finish. José, Luis and Karol at the Front Desk are exceptional, ensuring a warm and seamless welcome. The restaurant team is equally wonderful, offering attentive and friendly service. Alot of fine dining options close by. Pool area was a little dissapointing, not that big. Plenty of hot water in the shower which is a plus because it seems to be a problem for a lot of hotels in Colombia.

Loved their breakfast selection! Clean and friendly staff. The beers at the bar were overly priced. I felt say due to their staff at the door and security along. I will definitely return! Nice walk to OXXO and other spots to eat and have a beer.

This is an old property that needs updating. The room was dirty when I arrived. The phone wasn’t working in the room, and it wasn’t taken care of until the third day of my stay. I bring this up because I was getting dental work and was relying on calling room service, and I wasn’t able to call out, and I had to keep going downstairs to order my food the first few days. Not convenient. The breakfast is decent to good, depending on what they have available. They take a long time to replace anything that they run out of. The staff is overall very nice, but they don’t communicate well with each other, and it takes forever to get something done. The bed was comfortable and the shower is nice. The location is good overall. You are fairly close to everything.
