I am Peruvian, living abroad, and I came to visit my country....I made the reservation in March and I traveled in July and when I arrived at the reception, they had not reported on my arrival, and they did not know the number of my apartment, I was waiting at reception, when I entered the apartment, the cleaning was poor, it did not smell good, and the bathroom had a bad smell, then I did not have Internet, I was calling the phones that were on the page and nobody answered me, the internet did not work for lack of payment, and I could not use the jacuzzi for lack of maintenance payment... I can highlight that the reception people are very friendly, the building is very clean, the common areas too and the view of the terrace also incredible, maybe next time I will look for accommodation in the same place, but with other owners... And keep in mind that one comes on vacation and rest well, the mattress needs to be changed urgently.

Beautiful small stidio apt, perfect location, very secure and safe, restaurants a few steps away. Unfortunately with a absent landlord Unsupervised management, poor communication, no wifi info, not the best cleaning, bed sitting pn the floor, ran out of toilet paper.... Host could do a better job. Hopefully in the near future, circumstances change

I like Barranco because it is right next to Miraflores yet the prices are way more affordable. Its clean and safe. What I didnt like about this property is i had to add a guest for 1 night but since no one is actually here they want to charge me for 3 nights and they are acting like I am a bad person evem though I offered more than 1 time to pay the difference for the extra guest. They said I have to do it online because there isnt anyone onsite to recieve the money and that there isnt any documentation that it was only night. Very slow at responding to emails and thats the only way they answer.

Not a good host

Nice property and great staff, but the host. The host not willing to provide sheets for the sofa bed. Only one roll of TP and she chargers for the parking spot (nothing in the ad about that)
