"Beautiful property. Very helpful, kind and welcoming staff at the hotel and restaurant. Nice music and show at dinner time. Beautiful pool with easy access (ramp and easy stairs as well) nice architecture. Wonderful stay!!!!"

"Not too far from the city and i had a fantastic day at the animal park, definitely a big hit with kids. Only issue was that there was a bus strike at the time, which meant what i wanted to do in terms of excursions was limited. "

Pool cleaned every morning while we breakfasted. "Perfect location for lots of hiking and running routes. The hotel is clean and has great facilities, pool, gym and onsite laundry for a few euros. Parking is hard to come by although there are places to park on the street, it is pretty busy and we ended up with a scuff on the hire car on the first morning return to the car where someone had obviously tried to park behind us but failed! Food was good but the options are LIMITED! Usually only 2 mains each night one veggie, one not."

"Muy buena ubicación! Las habitaciones son sencillas pero cómodas, no tiene aire acondicionado pero Santa Cruz es fresco por la noche. Tiene ventilador y la nevera funciona perfectamente! Si quieres utilizar la caja fuerte del cuarto, tendrás que hacer un pago por ello, tómelo en cuenta. El baño no tiene la mejor presión de agua pero funciona. Lo mejor de la estadía fue la atención del personal sin duda!"

"As a solo traveller. I felt.safe. My room.was very clean. Including shower. Breakfast was ok. Ashame no tea and coffee in room Fridge was clean. If driving they have underground parking Cheap daily rate Staff very friendly and speak English. I will certainly go nack. Reasonable.price Sunbathe on the roof also. Hotel secured at night Guest have to buzz in."

"This hotel is beautiful! It is beautifully decorated. The staff is amazing and super helpful. The hotel is in the center of everything, right next to restaurants and stores and within walking distance of museums and parks. The rooftop bar with a pool is a wonderful bonus. Overall a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it."
