DISPONIBILIDADE DE SECADOR
Um grande problema deste hotel foi a disponibilidade de secador de cabelo. Fizemos o agendamento para uso, e no dia que precisamos ficavam incomodando para devolver. Pelo visto o hotel só tem um equipamento para todos os hospedes.

Nós dias 16-17 fiquei hospedado no hotel Tawtiq's em Barra do Garças , Mato Grosso.
Eu solicitei minha reserva pelo Expedia.com.br no dia 13 , sendo a mesma confirmada no mesmo dia.Inclusive realizei pagamento dividido em 2 parcelas pelo próprio site. Ao chegar no hotel no dia 16 fui informado que deveria realizar o pagamento la na hora. No momento , fiquei sem intender ,haja visto que já havia autorizado pagamento pelo próprio site da expedia . Conversei com recepcionista e outro funcionário que me garantiram que o pagamento deveria ser realizado ali , na hora ,antes do chek-in. Hoje quando retornei para meu destino, me deparo com lançamento de 2 cobranças no meu cartão , sendo uma de 2x R$141,00 (valor que fechei no expedia ) , mais uma cobrança no valor de R$228,42 do Tawfiqs.
Bom está foi minha avaliação , tirem suas próprias conclusões .
Tem outro detalhe : em nenhum momento o hotel nos forneceu itens como toalhas , tapetes para banheiro.
O quarto era de frente ao centro , onde passa uma rodovia , o que faz um enorme barulho no quarto. Ah, agua lá de 500ml custa R$5,00!!
Poderia ter cobertura no estacionamento , pois os carros ficam no sol quando estacionados.
Não há elevadores ! Acesso nosso era realizado apenas por escadas...
