"Very disappointing property .My booking said triple room only got room with one double bed .Bed was awful wooden slats covered over by dirty mdf boards and then a lumpy mattress thrown on top and one awful pillow each . You couldn’t close the curtains because the poles kept falling down on your head .The shower was a very dangerous poor saniflow system that didn’t work and the toilet didn’t flush .We had to ask everyday if bedding or towels could be changed otherwise they were not done .The room...

"Our stay at The Caribbean Paradise lodge was very pleasant, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The grounds are very clean , lots of wildlife you can hear and see. It is 10 minutes away from Tortuguero village by taxi boat, but the staff is always ready to help with that.
