I purchased travel insurance because there was a huge chance for issues. Sure enough the airline canceled the flight within 24 hours of booking and the property kept saying cancel is possible but we had to do other steps. We followed the steps and more steps elsewhere were given to the point we were sent to a dead end.

Great hotel, staff and restaurant. Breakfast is wonderful and view is really nice, including turtle watching. You can hike to the Telégrafo and that is really cool. There is a small beach nearby. If you mostly want to stay “in” this is a great place!

Lovely Hidden treasure in Rio de Janeiro

WE loved our stay at Le Relais Marambaia. This is truly a hidden treasure. The place is beautiful, the accomodation are quite good, the staff is very pleasant and receptive to requests. There is a lot of room for social distancing in the common areas. They have a Spa that is amazing, you can get treatment looking at the ocean, the fish, and the turtles. Yes, there are a lot of turtles around the hotel waters.

Linda vista e ótimo atendimento. Café da manhã muito bom. Poucos pratos no cardápio, mas o chef concordou em fazer ajustes. Tudo perfeito

Stayed here a week with the Wife. Vincent the manager ensured we had everything we needed. Helped set up trips and activities too. Very personalized service! The food was simply amazing here, with zero to complain about.

First off, the “King” size bed was actually 2 Single bed put together, and very poorly at that. For a hotel that charges well over $200 US Dollars per night should have King size beds as advertised! Later I find out the boiler broke so the hot tub was cold and useless. I can go on and on about what I found disappointing but I will say the breakfast was great. The only thing I liked. Will Never stay here again!

Dear guest, We apologise once again for the technical problem during your stay. However, shall we remind you that we offered to fill in your bath with hot water, so you could have a second bath during your night, which you gently refused? On the other hand, we do not understand your complaint about the bed, considering our prices. Indeed, you contacted the hotel a couples of days before asking about the bed, and we informed you that we have 2 twin beds together, making one. Still you decided to keep your reservation, knowing how much it would cost... You might not know, but we do not have any interest in lying to our guests, as our objective is to do anything we can to satisfy them. Anyway, let´s hope your comment will help other people who find inacceptable (as you said in your first e-mail) to have twin beds making a king size bed, to search for another hotel. That being said, if you change your mind about "Never staying" with us again, we would be glad to welcome you here. And if not, we wish you all the best. Kind regards, Le Relais´ Team

Hotel lindo, culinária péssima!

O hotel tem uma localização única com uma vista paradisíaca, o atendimento ótimo na recepção, mas a culinária deixa muito a desejar, os pratos bem caros com tiket médio de 100,00, e a refeição extremamente mal temperada, mal feita mesmo, pedi um camarão ao curry, vieram uns pedaços de pimentão grotescos e crus, mal temperado, camarão com víscera, enfim bem decepcionante se tratando do padrão do hotel e de se não ter outras opções ao redor principalmente para noite. De resto as atendentes são atenciosas e o quarto bem confortável.

Muito fraco. Atendimento horrível. Mais de 4 meses pra me retornarem no WhatsApp. Atendimento horrível. Pessoas que não fazem questão de viver suas férias ou sonhos com você. Quem trabalha em hotel precisa querer ajudar. Meu atendimento foi horrível. A água da banheira é do chuveiro não gelavam. Fiquei mais de 20 minutos na porta do hotel para entrar porque ngm atendia. Estava indo pro hotel depois da minha festa de casamento, era minha noite de núpcias. Foi TERRÍVEL! Além disso o café da manhã é piada. Me hospedei por 1.100 no melhor bairro de Barcelona e não dá pra comparar. É loucura!
