The staff was very attentive to our needs. The breakfast was very nice. Romario went above and beyond to accommodate us. I will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had issues with the room initially and the supervisor quickly resolved and was very friendly. The whole staff was great, especially Romario, who was very helpful throughout our entire stay. There are nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was amazing. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Brazil.

The hotel has three basic issues: 1) Bad construction of the bathroom creates a flood with every shower, even using just the handheld. 2) Strong odours, our bathroom, after having requested a room change, smelt like a dog had recently been groomed. It is a pet friendly hotel, that’s positive, but several other spaces in the hotel had unpleasant odours. 3) Lack of hotel management presence, too many minor details that some good leadership would resolve. Apart from that, helpful and friendly staff, in particular the front desk and great quiet location.

So old and stinky towels, had to ask for a new ones…. Shower was not cleaned as it was supposed to be.
