Ok but hit and miss

When one of the rooms either above or next door turned the extractor fan on it was very loud and vibrating through our room so when they left it on for hours I didn’t get much sleep.

Reasonably priced and great location. Ian and Sue were very helpful and the room was very clean. One downside was parking. There are only two spaces for the whole guest house. When they are full there is very limited parking on the road which fills up quickly. The car park opposite charges £11.80per night for overnight parking.

Bed was a bit springy .. ie made a few noises, but generally comfy.
Everything seems very clean and booking in was a good experience.
I would stay again.

Everything was great, apart from the fact the local council charge for overnight parking if you are unlucky enough not to find a vacant spot outside the hotel or the road opposite.
Come on council! Overnight charge for hotels guests!
