Welcoming staff at Reception. Fast friendly check in. Room was clean and comfortable.
Very dog friendly. Good breakfast with extra sausage for the dog.
Right opposite beautiful dog friendly beach. Nice walk along the promenade.
Ideal place to stay for short break.
We also was very lucky with the weather.

Very friendly and helpful service. There was a issue with a plug socket, in the room, fixed within the hour. Very happy and well run hotel

Very basic but comfortable enough. No desk so was not able to work in the room. The bedroom window was covered with opaque film preventing me from seeing out... so presumably the view was awful?!!

Room was awful, very old and dated. Room situated above the kitchens which made it very hot, staff smoking below our bedroom window , smoke travelled into our room
Bathroom was dirty,
