"City Villa is actually a two story condo in a small development. The owner or a manager met us at check-in after some back and forth over SMS. There are good beds in each of the bedrooms and enough furniture to sit on in the living room, and a small private pool in the garden. "This was close to the airport and a good value, but the description of each apartment was inaccurate on Travelocity, which is not something you want to find out about when you arrive after midnight with 2 kids in tow.
