The door is too safe and it required skill and patience to open it. Really triple locked. "- very busy area, many many cars, but good parking garage 10m from front door - large rooms and kitchen - air conditioner did not work on first and hot night, clerk claimed he fixed it while we were out on second day - it was not fixed; after several calls and a repairman visit they moved us to another room (a very poor sleep the first night, time to deal with the repairman and move our belongings, and then the other apartments air conditioning barely worked) - no apology, no comp. - bottom...

"La experiencia fue muy buena, el departamento está muy amplio, cómodo y está muy bien ubicado! "Disappointing Cons- musty mildewy smell throughout the apt. There’s a dehumidifier in the apt and it helps some, but we had to empty it at least once a day. We stayed for 9 days and only received 2 bath towels. The couch has stains on it- (I suggest a new couch or at least a couch cover). The shower tile looks as if it’s not been cleaned. In desperate need of bleaching. Pros- it’s in a great location and walking distance to everything. "

"Location was great. Property condition not so good as water damaged floor that felt unsafe to walk on, bath leaking, door near bed wouldn’t close, no wifi at all and we had a mattress topper as our doona/quilt which was so uncomfortable that we took it out and had just the cover on us to sleep so it got cold. Manager’s not great and nothing was fixed while we were there. Had to sit at the front door to access the restaurant’s wifi. "

"This apartment is quite nice but and the terrace is a great feature in nice weather but not having WIFI was a real problem. We had to go and find it in restaurants and coffee shops and that wasn't very convenient."

"I had a great stay at this hotel in Bari, located conveniently near the Old City, making it easy to explore the historic area. The room was spacious, especially by Italian standards, and provided a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. There is also a parking facility nearby, which was very convenient. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions. Overall, a lovely place to stay with great service and a prime location!"
