Hotel viejo. Hacia calor en el cuarto.
Contaminacion ambiental afuera, no se pueden abrir las ventanas. Hotel viejo, mucho polvo en los alrededores y cuarto.

Dear Ms Marieva, first of all i'm sorry if your experience in our hotel was not amazing as we would have hoped! You stayed 2 time in our property at the end of october and that in november; during your second stay you stayed in our rennoveted superior room with a free up grade so probably your experience was different. Concerning the problem of air conditing and ashes I have spoken with our Maintainence Manager and Housekeeping Manager in order to get a real solution. Best Regards

Not a lot to do in the walkable area but a beautiful place!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, going above and accommodate my request for a quiet room change, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

I didn't like that the staff would not call a taxi for me because of some conflict with the taxi company

Dear Judy,first of all I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. We didn't have any conflict with taxi company but simply some problem during rush hour. Taxis are not enough to satisfy all the requests and, where it's possible, we offer our complimentary shuttle service to our guests or we offer the NCC service. Best Regards
