First and foremost I would like to say thank you to Claudia at the front desk. She had great customer services. She send me message before arriving just to make sure if we needing something. I mentioned it to her that we were arriving after 10:30p.m. She told me that check in is until 8:00 p.m. She gave me all instruction how to get in my room. Everyone at the property was very helpful and friendly. Antonella at breakfast was very nice to us.

only complaint i have about them is i could not stay longer.neat,clean,well done rooms.the ladies there took very good care of me.Claudia was awesome.do not hesitate to try this place.

Ideal location for a visit to okd Bari.
Posted 6 Oct 2024 on HotelsNewly renovated, very well appointed, super clean, upscale. The roof terrace is very pleasant. The location is very convenient to the heart of the old city, which can be reached by a 10 min stroll. Several nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. The property communicated very promptly before and during our stay. There is a very convenient parking garage nearby, which offers a discount for guests.

We arrived early into Bari and were informed that the staff had tracked our arrival time and were able to accomodate an early check in. They also prepared a breakfast for us as we needed to head out early the next day. The staff were extremely helpful and generous with their time. Can't say enough about our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Bari.
